The problem we fix
Most customer data lives in silos.
The pattern repeats across almost every client we meet. Sales history sits in the CRM. Web analytics in one tool, ad results in three others, finance in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts. Each system is fine on its own. Together they cannot answer the simple question: which work actually made money?
Our job is joining those silos into one dataset you can query. One warehouse holds the CRM, the analytics, the ad platforms and the operational numbers, matched to each other, so a campaign connects to the pipeline it produced. Reports stop being a copy-paste project. And every question you ask next gets cheaper, because the joins already exist.

Questions buyers actually ask.
Do we need BigQuery or is GA4 enough?
GA4 is great for web analytics. BigQuery is necessary when you need to combine web data with CRM data, ad platform data, and business metrics for true attribution.
How do you handle data privacy (GDPR)?
We implement consent-based tracking, server-side measurement where appropriate, and ensure all data collection complies with GDPR and regional privacy regulations.
Our GA4 is already set up. Do we need you to redo it?
Probably not a full redo, but almost certainly a fix. In 90% of audits we run, GA4 is missing critical configuration: cross-domain tracking is broken, conversions aren't set up properly, enhanced measurement is capturing noise instead of signal, and there's no connection to the CRM. We audit what you have, fix what's broken, and add what's missing — typically a 1 to 2 week engagement.
Do we really need BigQuery? Can't we just use GA4 reports?
You can, but you'll hit walls fast. GA4's native reporting can't join data across systems (CRM, ad platforms, product analytics), has sampling issues on larger datasets, and can't do custom attribution modelling. BigQuery lets you combine everything into one queryable warehouse. For most B2B companies, the cost is $10 to $50/month — negligible compared to the insight it unlocks.
How much does a data infrastructure engagement cost?
A GA4 audit and fix typically runs $2,000 to $4,000. A full data infrastructure build — GA4, BigQuery pipeline, attribution modelling, and executive dashboards — ranges from $8,000 to $20,000 depending on the number of data sources and complexity. Ongoing data management and dashboard maintenance starts at $1,500/month.
What do the dashboards actually look like?
We are tool-agnostic: we build in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, and recommend based on your licences, your team's habits, and cost. Every client gets a core set: an executive summary (pipeline, revenue, CAC), a marketing performance view (channel-level attribution, content performance), and a media efficiency dashboard (ROAS, CPA by platform and campaign). All connected to BigQuery and updating automatically. No manual data pulls, no Monday-morning spreadsheet scrambles.
