Challenge

Kuhl Home and its sister brand Danish Design sell high-end kids’ and designer furniture in Singapore, against larger brands with far larger budgets. They engaged us at the start of their Singapore journey, and the business model added a twist: online interest has to become a physical showroom visit before it becomes a sale. Winning meant out-measuring the competition, not outspending it.

Solution

We activated full-funnel campaigns built to do two jobs at once: drive online leads and pull foot traffic into the showroom. Google Search and Shopping proved to be the revenue engine and got the budget to match, with paid social layered in for touchpoints earlier in the journey.

A lean budget leaves no room for waste, so we built a dashboard and analysed marketing and sales trends month after month. That discipline produced the engagement’s defining insight: media activity showed up in revenue roughly a month later. So we stopped spending into peaks and started spending ahead of them.

A UX pass on the site completed the system, lifting conversions on the pages the campaigns paid to fill. Four years on, the engagement is still running.

media spend revenue ~1 month lag So budget moved ahead of peaks 60%+ of revenue from paid Shapes illustrative; the one-month lag is the measured pattern this system exploits.
The insight that steered four years of budget: revenue follows media by about a month, so the spend calendar leads the sales calendar.
