Who we are

This website is operated by Group East Pte. Ltd. ("EAST", "we"), 18 Tong Watt Road, #10-07, Singapore 238010. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at hello@groupeast.agency.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, and your message. This is delivered to our CRM (HubSpot) so we can respond.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

We do not sell personal data, run accounts, or process payments on this site.

Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry, to follow up on a genuine business interest you have expressed, and to improve the website. We process personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where it applies to you, the GDPR.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot (our CRM processor). Analytics data is processed by Google. The site itself is served by Cloudflare. Each of these providers processes data under their own data-processing agreements and may store it outside your country.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any business relationship that follows, after which it is deleted from our CRM on request or per our retention review.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@groupeast.agency and we'll act on it within 30 days.

If we change what this site collects or how, we'll update this page and the date above.
