Cobo Platform Rebuild

Challenge

Cobo provides digital-asset custody and wallet infrastructure to institutions worldwide. Their own platform hadn’t kept pace with the product. Content migration was painful, the CMS was rigid, and third-party integrations fought the team instead of helping it. Editors waited on developers. Developers were pulled into content work. Both were slower for it.

Solution

We rebuilt the platform end to end on a headless stack: Storyblok as a flexible, compartmentalised CMS, key third-party tools integrated properly this time, and a fast Next.js front-end serving it all. Every article from the old platform was migrated programmatically, so nothing was retyped and nothing was lost. SEO foundations and user-analytics tracking were part of the build, not an afterthought.

The measurable outcome: content management became three times more efficient on the structured CMS. The structural one matters just as much: the content team publishes without a developer in the loop, and the development team ships without treading on content.
